Coordination role / 协调角色

Eheng receives needs, defines disclosure boundaries, coordinates reviewed suppliers, records decisions and supports handoffs. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, Eheng is not the employer of supplier personnel and does not replace licensed medical, insurance, legal, transport or protection providers.

Eheng 负责接收需求、划定披露边界、协调经审核的供应商、记录决策及支持交接。除非书面协议另有明确约定，Eheng 不是供应商人员的雇主，也不替代持牌医疗、保险、法律、交通或安保机构。

Projects and membership / 单次项目与会员

One-off projects may be requested without annual membership. Invitation-only membership provides continuity, private access and priority coordination for its stated term. Scope, fees, supplier charges, deposits, cancellation rules and replacement terms must be confirmed for each engagement.

客户无需购买年度会员即可提出单次项目需求。邀请制会员在约定期限内获得持续记忆、私密访问和优先协调。每个项目的范围、平台费用、供应商费用、定金、取消及调换规则均需单独确认。

Restricted work and regions / 禁止事项与地区

Eheng does not coordinate unlawful surveillance, intimidation, coercion, weapons violations, medical diagnosis by unlicensed persons, unlicensed insurance advice, or bypass of local employment and licensing rules. Japan and Vietnam are not currently open service regions. Other regions remain subject to local law and supplier coverage review.

Eheng 不协调非法监控、威胁、胁迫、违反武器法规、无资质医疗诊断、无资质保险建议，以及规避当地用工或许可规则的行为。日本和越南目前暂未开放，其他地区仍需按当地法律与供应商覆盖审核。
