What we collect / 我们收集什么

Eheng collects only information needed to assess and coordinate a requested service, operate invitation or project access, maintain service records, meet security obligations, and respond to data-rights requests. Do not send identity documents, medical records, payment credentials, door codes or other highly sensitive material through the public consultation form.

Eheng 仅收集评估与协调服务、管理会员或项目访问、保留服务记录、履行安全义务及处理数据权利请求所必需的信息。请勿通过公开咨询表单发送身份证件、医疗记录、支付凭证、门锁密码等高度敏感资料。

Supplier disclosure / 供应商披露

Reviewed suppliers receive the minimum information required for assigned work. Client identity and long-term contact details are not released by default. Licensed medical, insurance and protection providers remain responsible for their regulated work.

经过审核的供应商仅获得完成已分配工作所必需的最少信息。客户真实身份和长期联系方式默认不披露。持牌医疗、保险及安保机构对其受监管服务承担责任。

Retention and control / 保存与控制

Retention depends on the service, consent, contract and legal requirement. Authorized users may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion where applicable. Security logs may be retained when required to investigate abuse or protect the service.

保存期限取决于服务、同意、合同及法律要求。在适用情况下，授权用户可请求访问、更正、撤回或删除。为调查滥用和保护服务所需的安全日志可能依法保留。
